Our Returns Policy
We want every order to feel like it was made for you. If something isn't quite right, we've made the returns process as simple as possible.
Store Credit Only
We put a lot of care into every order we send out. If something isn't right, we don't want you to be left with a piece you don't love, which is why we offer store credit instead of refunds, so you can always find something that works for you.
How to Return
How Long Do I Have?
You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to ship the item back to us. Return requests submitted or shipped after this window will not be accepted, no exceptions.
How Do I Start a Return?
Contact us at hello.solenedubai@gmail.com within your 3-day window with your order number and reason for return.
Item Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. We inspect every return when it arrives. If the item shows any signs of wear, damage, or is not in its original condition, we will not be able to issue store credit and the item will not be sent back.
Return Shipping
To complete your return, you'll just need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us. We always recommend choosing a tracked shipping option, to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Store Credit Issuance
Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in good condition, we will issue your store credit within 3–5 business days. Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are final sale and cannot be returned.
One Return Per Order
We allow one return per order only.
