Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. UAE orders are delivered within 1–3 business days. International orders typically take 10–12 business days depending on your location. Every order comes with tracking.
Do you offer same day delivery in Dubai?
Same day delivery is available exclusively for items in our UAE Exclusives collection. Order before 2PM Sunday through Thursday and we'll deliver the same day across Dubai.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free across the UAE on orders over AED 450. Worldwide shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
We accept one return per order. You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to ship it back to us. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Do you offer refunds?
We put a lot of care into every order we send out. If something isn't right, we don't want you to be left with a piece you don't love — which is why we offer store credit instead of refunds, so you can always find something that works for you.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We do not offer order cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. If you change your mind, you are welcome to return the item within 3 days of receiving it and we will issue store credit.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us at hello.solenedubai@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we will resolve it for you immediately.
Orders & Products
Are your products true to size?
Most of our pieces are one size, designed to fit a range of body types. Each product description includes fit notes to help you choose. If you have any questions about fit before ordering, reach out to us directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and any other payment methods shown at checkout.
Do you restock sold out items?
Some pieces are restocked and some are limited edition. Follow us on Instagram @solenedubai to be the first to know about restocks and new drops.
